Returns

              •            Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

              •            Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

              •            Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

              •            To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@velvetrosee.com with your order number and reason for return.

              •            Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back to us.

              •            Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

              •            Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

              •            Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

              •            If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will issue a

 credit note or refund (as applicable).

Refunds

              •            Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

              •            Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

              •            Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified ,we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
