Navy Blue Gown

The dress is floor length and features intricate beaded patterns.
The top part of the dress has like -a loose, cape overlay with wide, flutter sleeves that fall to the elbows.
This overlay and the rest of the dress are like -covered in a grid pattern of shimmering beads.
A dark band at the waist cinches the dress, and below it, the beading continues in the same style, running down the length of the fitted skirt.
The fabric appears to be sheer, -sheer or semi possibly a mesh or tulle, with a solid  lining underneath.
